    SELF-EFFICACY: STAIRCASE TO THE INTENTION OF EMPLOYEES' TURNING-OVER

    The aim of this study is to explore and to analyze the impact of self efficacy to employees, mostly considered as those performing ones who have their own certain level of self efficacy, and its effect to turnover intention.Attempting to assess the influence of self efficacy on the intention of individuals to leave the organization, it is observed that individuals having high level of self-efficacy, though reveal in such a positive effect in their cooperation to attain the objectives of the organization, appears to be one among the reasons why they intend to leave the organization and to look for entering a new one.The writer has put his best effort to identify the main implications of self efficacy of employees and following up to increase the level of motivation to more perform in such an efficient and effective manner, and at the same time to minimize employee turnover. It is all for the sake of retaining those employees with high level of self efficacy for the well-being of the organization to achieve its sustainable corporate competitive advantage.Keywords: self efficacy, employee turnover intention

      Objective of this research is to determine direct and indirect effects of transformational leadership, interpersonal communication, and career development on the commitment of diplomats at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia in Jakarta. The sample design used is probability sampling which provides equal opportunity for each element (member) of the population to be selected as a sample member. And the technique for determining the number of samples is proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. This technique is used because the population is not homogeneous and proportionally distributed. The research design used is a quantitative approach with a total sample of 255 respondents. The data analysis tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with WarpPLS 5.0 software. This research reveals that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on interpersonal communication which indicates that the better transformational leadership, interpersonal communication will be more increased; transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on career development which describes that the better transformational leadership, career development will get better; Transformational leadership contributes positively and significantly to organizational commitment through career development which shows an increase in career development then transformation leadership will be better and have an impact on increasing organizational commitment; and interpersonal communication has a positive but not significant role on organizational commitment through career development which shows that good interpersonal communication has neither effect on career development nor impact on the commitment of diplomatic organizations in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. &nbsp

    This study is aimed to identified of important managerial competencies of middle managers as chairperson of the policy drafter through integrity, cooperation, communication, and goal orientation. This research was conducted qualitatively using the phenomenology method approach. Data was collected through questionnaires, observations, and in-depth interviews from selected respondents. The result shows a level of mastery, and most respondents agreed upon integrity (50%), cooperation (45%), communication (50%), and goal orientation (50%) are important managerial competencies as chairperson. By collecting data from various sources, this research resulted in a better understanding of the practice of managing time resources in Madrasas, as well as the factors that influence these practices, such as competence, motivation, work environment, and organizational support. This research provides a better understanding for practitioners, especially teachers in Madrasahs, to understand the factors that influence their practice of managing their time resources and develop effective strategies to increase work productivity and effectiveness. Although this research does not produce novelty directly, it provides a strong basis for further research to develop models or strategies that are more effective in managing time resources in Madrasahs.     Guru yang kreatif mampu menghasilkan metode pengajaran yang fleksibel, inovatif, dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan siswa, mempersiapkan mereka untuk menghadapi lingkungan yang tidak pasti dan tidak stabil. Kreativitas guru juga memungkinkan siswa untuk mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis, kreatif, dan analitis, serta keterampilan kolaboratif dan komunikasi. Tujuan dari tinjauan literatur secara sistematik ini untuk mengulas hasil penelitian yang terkait dengan topik kreativitas guru. Protokol tinjauan sistematis dirancang dan diimplementasikan dalam prosedur pencarian literatur sistematis yang dilakukan di tiga platform yaitu Sciencedirect, Emerald dan Springer Link yang berupa basis data elektronik. Protokol seleksi literatur menggunakan metode PRISMA. Hasil studi literatur menunjukkan bahwa penelitian lima tahun terakhir tentang kreativitas guru adalah terkait dengan Teknologi, STEAM, Efikasi diri, lingkungan pendidikan, disposisi kreatif, berfikir kreatif, motivasi dan minat siswa. Agar tercipta guru yang kreatif dalam mengajar perlu kerjasama semua pihak pihak guru harus mau membuka diri mengikuti perkembangan teknologi, serta pihak pimpinan lembaga pendidikan harus mampu menciptakan lingkungan yang kreatif dan inovatif sehingga guru dapat mengembangkan kreativitas mereka dengan penuh percaya diri sehingga dapat secara efektif menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang menantang dan inovatif bagi siswa

    How Leadership And Organizational Culture Shape Organizational Agility In Indonesian SMEs??

    A highly competitive market has increased the importance of organizational agility in attaining competitiveness through strengthening leadership and organizational culture. This study aims at examining the effect of entrepreneurial leadership on organizational agility mediated by organizational culture in Indonesian Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. There was a lack of evidence on which entrepreneurial leadership could significantly influence organizational agility through organizational culture. Using simple random sampling technique, a total of 200 employees from the centre of Industrial Village in East Jakarta, Indonesia was selected as the sample. Data were obtained through survey method and quantitatively analysed using Structural Equation Modelling with LISREL 8.8 software. The findings show that entrepreneurial leadership and organizational culture respectively have positive and significant direct effects on organizational agility. Entrepreneurial leadership has a positive and significant direct effect on organizational culture, and entrepreneurial leadership has a positive and significant indirect effect on organizational agility mediated by organizational culture. The research findings can provide guidelines for the SMEs entrepreneur to facilitate appropriate leadership and organizational culture, so as to foster organizational agility and achieve business benefits

    This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the training management of Riau Island Province’s Training Center. This study used a qualitative approach, which uses a model discrepancy which includes four stages: (1) design, (2) installation, (3) process, and (4) product. In the data collection is done through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation study. Interviews were conducted to business and policy makers at the Training Center of Riau Islands province, trainees and other stakeholders. The results of this study concluded that based on the discrepancy evaluation, the implementation of the training management of Riau Island Province’s Training Center, although in terms of policy implementation designation (design) and the preparation of implementation (installation) is quite good, but the execution (process) can not run properly so that the achievements results (product) is not satisfactory.     Productive teacher job satisfaction: Disentangling organizational climate, facility management, and organizational citizenship behavior

    Productive teachers are teachers who teach vocational subjects. A productive teacher has complex characteristics and professional requirements so that job satisfaction must be considered. The research objective was to analyze the direct effect of organizational climate, management of facilities and infrastructure, organizational citizenship behavior on the job satisfaction of productive teachers. The research employed a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research sample was conducted at 46 private vocational high schools with a total of 270 productive teachers in East Jakarta, Indonesia. Data was analyze using path analysis. The results showed that there is no direct influence of organizational climate on job satisfaction of productive teachers; there is no direct effect of facility and infrastructure management on job satisfaction of productive teachers; there is a direct influence of organizational citizenship behavior on job satisfaction of productive teachers
